No Refund Policy
All bookings and payments at RhaRay Mall Jaffna are strictly non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason once payment is completed.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service offered at RhaRay Mall Jaffna — including but not limited to events, banquet halls, restaurants, hotel rooms, and special offers — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these terms.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon successful completion of payment. RhaRay Mall Jaffna reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any booking at its sole discretion without prior notice. A booking confirmation sent via email or SMS does not constitute a guarantee of service in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments made for bookings, reservations, tickets, or services at RhaRay Mall Jaffna are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstance — including but not limited to customer change of mind, failure to attend, illness, travel restrictions, or any personal reasons. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
RhaRay Mall Jaffna, its management, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of enjoyment, personal injury, theft, property damage, or disruption of services caused by third parties, technical failures, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information during booking. Any loss, inconvenience, or denial of service resulting from incorrect details is the user's responsibility alone. Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner on RhaRay Mall premises. RhaRay Mall Jaffna reserves the right to remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or in violation of applicable laws, without any refund or compensation.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RhaRay Mall Jaffna and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or any unlawful conduct on our premises. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of our services.
7. Service Modifications & Cancellations
RhaRay Mall Jaffna reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any event, service, or booking at any time due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a mall-initiated cancellation, affected customers will be notified through available contact information. Alternative arrangements may be offered at our discretion, but no monetary refund is guaranteed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the RhaRay Mall platform — including logos, images, text, and design — is the exclusive property of RhaRay Mall Jaffna. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Third-Party Services
RhaRay Mall Jaffna may facilitate bookings involving third-party vendors, payment gateways, or service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of any third party. Any dispute with a third-party provider must be resolved directly with that provider. Use of third-party payment platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Privacy & Data Usage
Personal information collected during bookings is used solely for processing and managing your reservations and communicating service-related updates. We do not sell or share your data with unaffiliated parties. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka. You waive any objection to proceedings being brought in such courts.
